SOUTHERN REGION DOMESTIC INVESTMENT SEMINAR 2017

We are pleased to inform that the Ministry of International Trade and Industry (MITI) and the Malaysian Investment Development Authority (MIDA), in collaboration with other MITI agencies will be organising the Southern Region Domestic Investment Promotion Seminar scheduled as follows:-

Details of the event are as follows:

Date : 30 March 2017, (Thursday)
Time : 7:30am – 5:30pm
Venue : Hatten Hotel, Melaka

The main objectives of this seminar are:

  1. to provide information to local companies about current policies, incentives and facilities provided by the Government;
  2. to provide a platform for  SMEs and MNCs to have  networking with relevant Government agencies,
  3. to provide an opportunity for the seminar participants  (MNCs/SMEs) to discuss on any potential  business collaboration.


Y.B Datuk Haji Ahmad Haji Maslan, Deputy Minister (Industry), MITI will deliver the keynote address at the seminar and will be followed by two (2) plenary sessions focusing on the current policies, incentives and financial facilities provided by the Government. A business clinic session will also be organised to enable seminar participants to meet MITI agencies and relevant Financial Institutions for further discussion.
